Almost to my goal

So if you look at my ticker you will see I am almost to my original goal weight. Not sure if that will be the final one, as I would REALLY like to lose another 20, but we shall see.

Exercise sucks

and I don't want to. I simply cannot make myself get back into the exercise game. And I need to. The only way this weight will come off as fast as before is if I exercise. But I don't want to.

Stomach bug does the body good

I got the dreaded stomach bug Tuesday. Most would be upset, but since I had been slacking in the diet department it actually helped. I had gained a few pounds back and thanks to the bug I lost like 5 pounds. Of course that means I REALLY only lost 1 since I gained 4. Meh, whatever.

I am back on Nutra System and am feeling good. I am no longer in XL clothes, mainly L but even some MEDIUM!!!

I'm baaaack!

OK, after taking over a month off to recover from my elbow surgery, I am BACK on the diet and exercise bandwagon. SHOCKINGLY I gained NO WEIGHT back.

So, stay tuned. Zumba resumes TONIGHT!

If you are going to cheat on a diet....

then do it up good like I did.

Friday I had a wonderful bottle of dry white wine, lobster nachos, lobster mac and cheese and some mixed drinks. Plus a birthday brownie. Um. YUMMY!!

Tomorrow I am back on the diet full steam. I am also going to try and go back to Zumba tomorrow, I think my arm is well enough!!

I suck. I have not been great about blogging, but in my defense I did have elbow surgery and then have to deal with a ex-husband court thing. So anyway, I am back, life resumes.

In all of the above mess I did not exactly stick to the diet but I did manage to not go ape shit, so I think I am only up 2 pounds which I am fine with. And today I am back on the diet so all is well.

I am actually starting to get comfortable enough with my body too, which is a nice change.
